  Be vigilant at this establishment to check your order before leaving the location because the staff almost always will leave an item out of the order. I didn't really listen to my mother's advice and had to learn the hard way. The food is good for the days that you don't have the time or desire for preparing a meal but always check your order or you may have to turn around and pick up the paid and left out item or just swallow the fact that you paid for an item that you didn't get.

  The older white haired lady was extremely rude and not helpful at all when I asked her what was in the order and when I asked for a reciept she sighed and rushed off to the back never to be seen again. Tried to order fountain pop but got tired of waiting grabbed my food and left i will not go back until she is gone. Check your reciepts before leaving they like charging for stuff you didn't order.

  The chicken has been reheated and the grease drips from it. The buckets are 90% brown meat. They dont follow the guidelines set by KFC on how to pack a bucket. My last 16 piece bucket had 1 white piece. The ribs were so over cooked they crumbled. The gravy is watered down. The owners are dishonest.

  Although I have had some interesting interactions with various staff, I noticed that the manager at this location is very helpful and ensures that all challenges are resolved as fast as possible. I continue to go because I enjoy the food; it is hot and well done. Overall, the strong management at this location keeps things running well and I see the younger staff being well supported and learning quickly! It would be a good place for an entry level worker.

  Walked into the this location. Lady took the guys order in front of me. She than went to the back to complete orders for the drive through. She gave the guy in front of me order, walk right past me,no acknowledgement at all. Waiting to order for like 10min at the till while they are taking orders from the drive though. I asked if I had to go to the drive though to order and she said that the drive thru has priority. Such horrible service. Lucky my child wanted chicken.
