  I have to give five stars to this kfc in Vanderhoof. I don't usually make any reviews because i believe it's a waste of time. I don't get anything about it however i was amazed how they handle difficult situation. It was busy and there is line up in drive thru. So, i decided to go inside instead. 5 customers standing and waiting for their orders. There was a customer before me. When my turn come Before i speak up the employee said, is it ok that your order may take a little time than usual and give a sweet smile and apologize. She explained that they have lots of pending order at the moment and they are under staff because one the team member didn't show up however she said they will do their best to serve the order as fast as they could. I said its fine. Im not in a rush i added. I placed my order and sit while waiting for my order. Then one customer came in who is furious, shouting and looking for the manager. The manager came out from the kitchen who looks exhausted but he still smiles. Then asked the customer how he can help. The customer start pointing fingers to him and saying unacceptable words.The manager stay calm while apologizing to the customer because of missing gravy . The customer demanded a refund and insisted to get the missing gravy as well. To make story short he's able to manage things right even he humiliated by this customer. I do understand that this customer has the right to get angry but for missing gravy i think it's too much. Salute to these employees specially the manager. I got my order after 5 minutes and tell to the manager your the man. Good job!!! He smiled and said thank you.

  We visited this kfc located in Vanderhoof for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. It was quite busy, but the service was fast and friendly. The chicken is a real Kentucky fried chicken, and the fries were excellent. A great, reasonably priced option for families!"

  I love this kfc located in Vanderhoof bc. I'm a tourist . Decided to have a lunch and would like to try a poutine. The store is clean, the ambiance is amazing. The staff's are welcoming. It was a great experienced. I also had a chance to have a small chat to a manager whom is very helpful and accommodating. 👏👏🫡👍👍. Salute for a great service.

  This kfc in Vanderhoof bc is the place to eat chicken. The staff's are friendly and welcoming. The store is clean and well maintained. It's finger lickin good.
