The newer staff don’t seem very professional or friendly, and most of them come across like they don’t care and just want to go home. The hot food used to be great, but I don’t go anymore. The wait times are long, and the food is often dry and overcooked. My burger patty is almost always burnt. It’s disappointing because I live and work nearby—this used to be my go-to spot for a quick grab-and-go so I didn’t have to cook. Now I find myself relying on Uber Eats and DoorDash more instead.

I used to enjoy shopping at the Urban Fare with the great atmosphere of Jazz playing, and the friendly staff. Not Walmart style blinding white light such as it has now. Nothing special anymore.
