  Great selection of items that I am always looking for. Staff very helpful. When ever I visit them, they remember me, and always go out of their way to offer the best service they can. The girl at the deli meatd section once spent 30 minutes slicing tons of different choices that I wanted for multiple charcuterie presentations.

  Stopped by Urban Fare to pick up 15 items and had a bit of an off experience at checkout. The cashier seemed disengaged and didn’t offer to bag groceries, when I asked for bags, they were placed on the counter, after all the items were piled up beside the bags, I asked if bagging was no longer standard, I was told it was due to a line, although there wasn’t anyone waiting at the time. I then started the bag then. He then Asked if I would like some help, I replied yes please. To add to that, I later noticed a promotional discount on ground turkey (I purchased two) wasn’t applied at checkout. Not The first time this has happened at the store, but at this price point, I would expect a slightly higher level of service and attention to detail.

  A lovely bakery located conveniently downtown. I purchased the Dubai Chocolate Pistachio cake for my friends birthday and the entire bakery team was extremely helpful especially the manager Tippy who provided exceptional service and assisted with decorating the cake! The cake was delicious and I will definitely be back- thanks Urban Fare bakery team :)

  Although prices are a bit on the higher side here, the outstanding customer service truly makes it worthwhile. Mark from the bakery department was awesome — he went above and beyond to help me with my birthday cake.

  I had a really great customer service experience at Urban Fare thanks to Mark from the bakery department. I was initially feeling frustrated after waiting quite a while for assistance at the meat department, so I went over to the bakery to ask if someone could help. Instead of just calling someone else, Mark personally stepped in and helped me right away. He assisted me with everything I needed from both the meat and deli sections, including Black Forest slices and salami, all with a friendly and positive attitude. His willingness to go above and beyond made a huge difference in my visit. Truly excellent service — Urban Fare is lucky to have someone like Mark on their team! Anyway, my birthday is coming up next week. Hence, I’d be going there on the weekend to get a birthday cake from him.
