- CRChloe RachelApr 3, 20263.0Ordered the Beef Pad See Ew ($16.79 with tax). It was a decent bowl of noodles, I thought it had a good soy flavour which was prominent throughout. The beef could have been a bit more tender, but the slices were thin and a good size for chewing. The only veg included was the advertised Chinese broccoli. I was the only customer at the time, so the wait was short and it was prepared fresh just behind the counter. Service was lacking and I didn't find it very friendly. After looking at past comments, it seems to be a trend. It was very curt and there was no response/reaction, even if you thanked the staff for the food, bill, or for providing a requested utensil. It is the only Thai food establishment in the food court, however, so it's your only option for this cuisine (Pad Thai, Tom Yum Soup, etc.). While I'd be interested in returning for the food options, the service is a bit of a turn off.

This establishment seems to have gone downhill. Please improve your customer satisfaction piece because your product was at one point, top tier for fast food Thai food.
