- TQT QNov 24, 20251.0Listen to reviews. Guy at the front is miserable working this job, almost as if someone is forcing him to work here. Doesn't say anything, sits in the back on his phone for 5 minutes before acknowledging you're there even though you make eye contact. Food is garbage, actually got sick the same night I ate here. Save your money.
- SLsara limOct 30, 20251.0horrible horrible service by the girl taking my order. literally standing in front of her waiting for her to even acknowledge me. nope. her head was down punching stuff into her cash register for a good minute before saying curtly “i’ll be with you in a moment”. when she finally did take my order, she acted like i was totally inconveniencing her. SO rude. i was so close to walking away but really wanted the tom yum soup. paper napkins were too far for me to reach myself so i had to ask her for some and she was annoyed that she had to give it to me. don’t come here. they won’t treat you very well. they really don’t deserve anyone’s patronage. spend your money at the other food stalls.

- KWKris WiinholtFeb 3, 20201.0Disgusting cook! I was placing my order, and noticed the cook in the back area handling a dirty mop head and a bottle of floor cleaning chemicals. As soon as my order was placed, he proceeded to handle my food order without even attempting to clean his hands or change his glove(only on one hand). I called him out on it and rinsed his hands glove and all under the water tap for 1 second and continued. I then abruptly canceled my order and remained on site to email Thai express regarding what I saw, and warned any person approaching, in which case these people all agreed it disgusting and moved on. It is quite clear wherever he is from doesn’t have the same health standards and Thai express hasn’t done their due diligence in proper training or ensuring comprehension.
