- VSVinh SonOct 28, 20254.0I had great service here overall. Vincent’s been great and really knows his stuff with the kegs! Make sure to check your account is applied before payment, it was disappointing to learn that loyalty points couldn’t be added after the purchase even if the account was made well before the transaction. I just wanted to mention the gas line fastener might be a bit loose-it clicks and resets when I try to tighten it, so it could be faulty. I’ll give it another try later since I was getting some backsplash from my brew. **UPDATE I had a spare gas line fastener from a home brew setup I got from marketplace which worked when I tightened it. The fasteners from what I googled are meant to be single use, I think I just got unlucky with the faulty fastener but the gas regulator works perfectly!
