  These people are jerks. They charged my card 3 times because they didn't know how to use the machine, and when I respectfully tried to address this with them, they kept brushing me off and yelling over me to call over the next customer WHILE I was in the middle of calmly telling them there has been a mistake. Mind you, these are middle aged (or older) people rudely disregarding a student who is treating them with respect. Honestly, it's disappointing to see how little respect these people give others. Ended up having to call their head office in order for them to give me my money back. Even if you don't want to admit you made a mistake, you should still treat others (especially your customers) with decent human dignity.

  My experience was great , food is always so fresh and customer service is great. Always smile on face of employees and very cooperative. Very fast service.

  Staff are always extremely moody and it feels like they don’t want your business. Since the new terminals for ordering have been added the service has dropped even further.

  I clearly see the fresh fit chicken teriyaki sandwich is 7.99, yet the cashier insists on telling me it is 9.99. They dont know their menu at all. Terrible employee training

  I had a great experience at this Subway location. The restaurant was spotless, well-lit, and had a pleasant, welcoming atmosphere that made it comfortable to dine in. The food was very fresh—the bread was soft, and the vegetables were crunchy and vibrant. What really impressed me most was the staff. They were extremely kind, patient, and efficient, and they prepared my sandwich exactly the way I wanted. It’s not often you find such excellent service and a friendly environment at a fast-food restaurant, so I will definitely be returning.
