During my recent visit, I observed that the staff member before preparing my meal taking money, when he came to me, I had to ask him to wash his hands, he rinsed his hands with water, I was so upset I had to say with soap. This oversight is troubling, as it raises significant concerns about food safety and hygiene standards at your establishment.

She didn’t ask me what cheese I would like and toasted my sandwich without asking. She then asked me to pay before my sandwich was made so I needed to make a second transaction to pay for avocado. Overall I was really disappointed by the customer service and I don’t expect to be returning to this store again.
