  One of the worst service experiences I’ve had.Server ''ANNA''... My order was made incorrectly, and the sandwich was thrown together with little to no care—ingredients were missing, uneven, and overall quality was unacceptable.What made it worse was the staff member’s behavior. When I pointed out the issue, she was dismissive, unhelpful, and showed no interest in correcting the mistake or even acknowledging it. That level of unprofessionalism and lack of basic respect is completely unacceptable.This was a frustrating and disappointing visit from start to finish. I will not be returning and would strongly advise others to avoid this location unless serious improvements are made. Server was 'ANNA' in night shift.

  The girl was very rude over there last night name Anna . She doesn't know how to make veggie sandwich all the stuffing was coming out even the bread was not looking good . When I told her to please make it properly then she starts saying don't teach me my job it is what it is... if you want to eat thn stand quietly otherwise you can leave i don't want to serve you . The manager and the owner of restaurant should take action against her. I am regular customer of that olace but that girl 'ANNA'' very disrespectful.

  I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Anna. She was very kind, patient, and professional. She prepared the order exactly how I wanted and kept a smile the whole time. Excellent customer service.

  The girl named Anna , her customer service skills are zero . She don’t Even know how to make a sandwich. When we tried to explain she didn’t gave any response and act very rude . It is very ridiculous and I will never come back here .

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Subway location on March 21 at around 11:43 PM. The employee, Jaspreet Kaur, was behaving very rudely not only with me but also with the customer before me. Her attitude was unprofessional and unwelcoming. When I asked for two extra scoops of chicken, she did not add them properly and seemed careless while preparing my order. Because of this, my sandwich was not made the way I requested, and it honestly felt like a waste of money. Customer service should be respectful and attentive, but unfortunately, this experience was the opposite. I hope management takes this seriously and improves both service quality and staff behavior.
