- GHGeoff HendersonMar 6, 20261.0Ordered a Nashville hot chicken 6 inch. Comes with crispy onions according to the menu board. Was told that it would cost an extra .50 cents for these! The money is not the issue, it's the fact that adding this charge is an illegal practice. You can't charge extra if it says it comes with it. After pointing this out, the little girl working became very aggressive and accused me of blaming her and her colleague, which I didn't. Pointing out a legal fact and informing her is not aggression! I asked that she inform the manager or owner of this issue but she still remained confrontational. I realize working from minimum wage at a subway isn't the most glamorous job, but take pride in it and do your job! Don't argue or verbally attack customers when they are only trying to inform you. Terrible service.

The short staff member among the 2 workers who served me was very disrespectful, rude and unprofessional in her attitude the poor service completly ruined my experience on the first time, I was uncomfortable that I almost threw away my food when going home.This is not the level of service I expected and it needs serious improvement.
