  I usually order the $5–6 veggie sub, but today I was charged $9.22 for a 6-inch. At other Subway locations, I am not charged this much for the same item. I was not clearly informed about any extra charges, which was disappointing. Please make the pricing clear and consistent so customers do not feel confused or overcharged.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was a very frustrating experience. I placed an online pickup order and arrived on time, but they said they couldn’t find it in their system. I waited and asked again, and before I even mentioned anything about a refund, one staff member suddenly said they wouldn’t refund me and that they never received my order. I wasn’t even asking for a refund — I just wanted my food. She then said they could make the order for me at the $7.99 app deal price, and I'm cool with that, after checking my transaction (probably because the guest checkout didn’t go through), I decided to just order again in person since I was already there. But then she changed her words and said they would only take the order at regular price, not $7.99 ?? — even though without me asking, she said it herself earlier. I have a midterm exam coming up in 15 mins and was just hungry and trying to grab something quickly before my exam. It’s not about the $7.99, it’s about the confusing and unprofessional way this was handled. There was no way I could eat in time, so I ended up leaving. And yes, I proceeded to order in-person as she said so, even though at the moment the proceed as check out worked.
