    Amazing location with a nice view. Seating capacity is a little low. Staff is helpful and welcoming. A big window to have a great view while having your food. Lot of space to sit outside the Subway. Walking distance to all the good places in Vancouver downtown. Clean washrooms. No availability of a good parking spot nearby.

    My first and last visit to this establishment was for the reason below. How Management trained, empowered, and inspired their staff members is fully displayed in day-to-day operations. Subway’s "your way" philosophy is lost to this location. The staff member prepared sandwiches and handled checkout, oblivious to Subway's philosophy and the reasons customers entered Subway locations. My friend and I ordered two footlong to-go: 1.) Turkey with cheese. Because I only wanted two vegetables, cucumber and spinach, I requested a larger quantity. The staff member reluctantly put a couple more leaves and a couple of slices of cucumber. When I requested, “Could you please put more of them?” she pushed the footlong to the sauce section. She did not make eye contact and continued to hide behind her cap. I stopped asking anything. 2.) Meatball sub. Requested a couple of toppings: green pepper and onions only. In the same manner, the staff member was truly reluctant to put more quantity. My friend said that oil is good for sauce. Unfortunately, this location does not have oil, so my friend asked, “What kind of sauces are available?” The staff member refused to answer, but pointed to the sauces area and stood still for an answer. Not making eye contact at all, hiding behind the cap. My friend replied, "Let me get my glasses out so I can read them.” *** How is the Management treating their staff, to the point where the enjoyment of making Beautiful Footlong is such a drag? It is clear that the staff do not want to be there. ***

    Ashmeet deserves full credit for how she handled the rush around 12:15 pm. There was a huge lineup and she was working completely alone, making sandwiches and taking payments at the same time. She managed everything efficiently and stayed professional despite the pressure. However, this situation is unacceptable from the company's side. This is peak lunch hour, and having only one employee scheduled is poor management. The wait time was very long, and we were late for our train because of the rush. No employee should be expected to handle this volume of customers alone, and customers shouldn't have to wait this long. Ashmeet did an excellent job, but Subway needs to staff properly during busy hours.

    We had a mobile order with 6 items and as i know they should pack the online orders in bag and have it ready to go but the girl even didnt say hy and she gave me the food in hand how i sm suppose to carry 3 bottles of drink 2 footlongs and 2 bags of chips in hand when i asked for bag she place the bag at front and left. And yes this worst service is from miss jaspreet owner should pay attention literally bad staff
