  I would like to share my experience regarding the customer service at your store. I visited the store with my wife and children and approached a shift supervisor named Isha for help finding a specific spice. Unfortunately, the interaction was very disappointing. She showed no willingness to assist and provided extremely poor customer service. While I was asking for help, she continued speaking with a coworker and did not give me proper attention. When I asked her to show me where the item was located, she refused to assist. This behavior was unprofessional and embarrassing, especially in front of my wife and my 10-year-old children. I believe this level of service is unacceptable, particularly from someone in a supervisory role. I hope this issue is addressed so that future customers are treated with the respect and assistance they deserve.

  There’s a video on TikTok of their security racially profiling indigenous people. It is also unprofessional how the security guard does not have a name tag.

  Tomatoes proudly marked being locally grown and with 'buy BC' stickers were below any level of quality and definitely not for a human consumption. These tomatoes (plu: 4664) were artificially make to look ripe and red while they were obviously harvested far before their real mature, ripe state. If this is locally grown then it can be delivered from the green house to this shop in less than 2 hours. Evidently this is not the case. Tomatoes that I bough finished in garbage. They were not ripe but already they started to rot. It is not the first time having this experience with tomatoes at this store. They look nice, and you make a mistake. After three times I finally learned my lesson to not buy any produce at this store. It is shameful that such a big store resorts to this type of tricks. I will also contact Health Canada to see how legal is this artificial ripening process. Nutritional value of not naturally ripe produce is minimal, while the taste is basically non-existent. Yet we are charged a premium price for these small red rotten water balloons.
