- JJJessMar 23, 20261.0There is a youngish Asian girl that works at the pharmacy and to say that her customer service skills are poor is an understatement. She completely lacks people skills. I had all the documents needed ready and was prepared to give Info accordingly but she managed to cut me off multiple times. I get that they’re busy but since she bothered to pick up the phone and agreed to help, why sigh and exasperate every 10 seconds? She didn’t even try to hide it. I could feel her eye rolls over the phone. Just don’t pick up the phone then or say sorry we are currently really busy and I won’t be able to help with this right now??
