    Limiting price match to two items? The number of times I have come to the Kingsgate save on because you don’t limit the price matches… Now I will just go to no-frills instead when the flyer has a better deal… and do the rest of my shopping at the same time

    Do NOT buy onions here, it's an actual public health hazard. Every single one is covered in green mold underneath the outermost layer of skin, and it's been an ongoing problem for months that the store refuses to address. You can literally see the spores floating out as you cut into the onion lol, it's truly disgraceful.

    I would like to file a formal complaint against this Cashier. He was incredibly rude, for no reason, calling me out on the line because I was trying to use the checkout divider in the cashpoint. I tried using the QR code provided on the ticket, however it is not working. Please let me know where I can write my concern, I read another review about how rude this person is, so it’s kind of concerning the store is not doing anything to change his behaviour towards customers.

    Went to the deli at 9:25pm, and they refused to serve me because their machines were already clean. Are you here to sell food? Because I'm here to buy it. This left me with a super sour taste in my mouth.

    Me and my partner went t save on foods at Kingates mall in east Broadway yesterday February 18,2026 at around 5:30 to 5:45 . We refill the water the cashier Wayne at the express counter check out .When I told him about he didn't asked for my save on foods rewards card ,He told me he asked only if the items are on sale and I told him you have to ask sometimes customers forgot and he told me if you don't want go to the other cashier I was shocked and feel disrespect from his attitude and I told him it is your job to ask for and keep talking and mad and I told him I will say this one to Jason the Store Manager and he said in front of all the customers that he doesn't care.So it means even to the Store Manager he doesn't respect too.You can hear from the camera and his face how his attitudes towards the customer. Don't ever go to the cashier name Dwayne the old bald white guy he is rude no manners towards customers. I've noticed some of the employees who worked before at Buy lows Foods need proper training and respect towards customers.And he keeps yelling to me and showing a bad attitude and very disrespectful. And telling to me go talk to Jason I don't care . So I called the customer service and file a complained againt's this cashier Dwayne at the express counter on that day.February 18,2026 at 5:30 to 5:45 pm.I hope this kind of cashier will be train properly to have a proper good manners and right conduct to all customers and even to his co -workers. Bad customer service /Bad attitudes / bad mouthing and confronting and arguing to the customers that He really doesn't care whatever attitude he will show to the customers. I'm asking the Area Manager to do some strict compliance to this Cashier Dwayne. RUDE / BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE / NO RESPECT TO THE CUSTOMERS / AND I EVEN NOT MAD I'M JUST TELLING HIM ASKED FOR THE CUSTOMER FOR THEIR SAVE ON CARDS REWARDS BECAUSE SOMETIMES THE CUSTOMERS FORGOT AND HE TOLD GO TO OTHER CASHIER AND DON'T COME WITH ME. iF HE IS NOT HAPPY TO SERVE THE CUSTOMERS DON'T WORK .WE NEED RESPECT AND COURTEOUS SERVICE AND NOT BE RUDE TO US DWAYNE THE RUDE / NO MANNERS AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO RESPECT TO ALL CUSTOMERS AT SAVE ON FOODS AT KINGATES MALL EAST BROADWAY IN VANCOUVER BRITISH COLUMBIA .HE IS NOT CAPABLE TO WORK IN SAVE ON FOODS DESTROYING THE IMAGES OF THE STORE AND ALL THE EMPLOYEES WHO IS RESPECTFUL TO THE CUSTOMER..I HOPE YOU WILL FIRED THIS GUY SO THAT HE WILL LEARN A LESSON TO BE NICE TO THE CUSTOMERS.AND IF HE DOESN'T HAVE MANNERS AND RESPECT TO ALL CUSTOMERS DON'T WORK AT SAVE ON FOODS. BAD ,,, BAD ,,, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE THAT I EVER EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE AND I AM REGULAR CUSTOMER THANK YOU JOEY
