  This happen 2months ago, I bought two small coffees and one had a bug in it. I told the manager/supervisor and she didn’t seem to care at all, she just announced it and walked away. Didn’t even ask for a remake. I had to wait and remind them myself to get a new one. So stupid. disgusting. ew

  We were here this morning, Apr 1 2026 at around 8:30am. We ordered breakfast and coffee and ate inside. The service was exceptional. I purchased our meals at the counter. The cashier told us to have a seat and that she will bring us food. Shortly after we sat, she brought us our order. I had to wait few more minutes for my decaf coffee, which she informed me about while I was buying it, and she brought me my coffee as well. The lady was very pleasant and smiling. We really enjoyed our time there. We noticed a gentlment who works there cleaning tables. Later I saw him cleaning washrooms. This is very clean and well kept McDonalds. We will visit again. I should also mention there is plenty of parking available in front which is very convenient.

  They don’t see the order request..every time I ask them to add extra cream a vanilla syrup in my coffee…they not doing it , every morning I go their and it’s same problem!!!

  Extremely disappointed and frustrated. This location claims to be open 24 hours, yet at 4 AM the drive-thru was deliberately blocked and customers were not allowed to order. This is misleading and a complete waste of people’s time. If you cannot provide true 24-hour service, then don’t advertise it. Customers should not have to drive all the way there in the middle of the night only to be turned away without any explanation. Very poor management and unacceptable service.

  This was one of the most frustrating and poorly handled experiences I’ve had while picking up an Uber order. The app clearly instructed drivers to use the drive-through after 8 PM, and I followed those directions exactly. When I arrived, the manager (Jennie) told me to come inside and questioned why I was in the drive-through, even accusing me of blocking the way. This kind of contradiction is completely unacceptable. If the store has different procedures, they need to communicate that clearly with Uber instead of putting drivers in a confusing and embarrassing situation. The way this was handled showed a serious lack of coordination and professionalism. It raises serious concerns about the management when basic procedures are not followed and customers or delivery partners are spoken to in an unprofessional manner. McDonald’s should ensure that managers are properly trained to handle situations like this respectfully and efficiently. McDonald’s needs to address this immediately—either fix the instructions on the app or ensure staff are properly informed. Situations like this waste drivers’ time and reflect very poorly on the store’s management.
