  Staff is usually friendly and fulfil each order correctly. I usually stop every morning before I catch my connecting bus. However there is one customer that is always rude and loud for no reason and it ruins the atmosphere especially so early in the morning. I wish they would just ban him from the establishment. He's even rude with staff especially if they are new and don't get his order perfect.

  This place WAS amazing, the manager Karen is awesome! Unfortunately it seems like corporate has now filled the place with temp workers who dont care at all. I went from zero mistakes in 5 years to multiple wrong orders in less than a month. This is how you lose loyal daily customers. Also who the hell puts lettuce on a breakfast wrap, like who would deem that normal.
