  I just happened to use this location for the first time today and had a great drive thru experience. Ordering for 3 I've been conditioned to expect some difficulty but the order taker got it down great without friction. They as well as the person at the food window seemed happy and authentically wished us a good day. What really floored us is that they passed us our drinks in a drink tray without being prompted. Everywhere else we have to ask for one and they look at us crazy, despite how helpful it is to carry the drinks into the house. On top of that our fries were -piping- hot and our iced coffee legitimately tasted better. There was a small mistake with grilled vs crispy chicken but the order was taken correctly and in the grand scheme of things we're still very happy and will be back

  I had a very disappointing experience at McDonald’s today. I visited as a customer and was treated very rudely by an employee named Analynn. When I tried to speak with her, she said that since she works at McDonald’s there was “no sense to speak,” and her attitude was extremely unprofessional. As a customer, everyone deserves basic respect and polite communication. Customer service should never make someone feel unwelcome or disrespected. I hope the management looks into this matter and reminds their staff about the importance of treating customers with courtesy and professionalism.

  I visited McDonald’s for a pickup order. I understand that orders should be picked up from the designated delivery/pickup area, and I’m okay with that. However, the staff member spoke to me in a harsh and disrespectful tone. I believe customer service should be polite and respectful. I hope this feedback helps improve communication with customers in the future.

  I had a terrible experience at McDonald’s drive-thru at 3:20 AM. The girl taking my order was extremely rude and had a lot of attitude. She didn’t speak politely at all and made the whole interaction uncomfortable. I understand it’s late hours, but that’s no excuse for such poor customer service. It felt like she didn’t care about customers at all. This kind of behavior really ruins the experience and reflects badly on the brand. Definitely not coming back after this.

  The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to… The girl who handed me my order, when I asked for the bag (which I had paid for), looked at me like, “can’t you carry a Happy Meal and a coffee?” Well, no, because I was with my 4-year-old kid. And when she put the items into the bag, she literally threw them in, just letting them drop. As a result, the coffee I bought spilled completely, soaking not only the bag but also the Happy Meal. Terrible service. I will never go back to this McDonald’s.
