  Ordered a McVeggie meal on March 19 at 10:23 PM, but was given a chicken burger instead. I am a strict vegetarian, and this is completely unacceptable. This is not a small mistake — it shows zero care for customers’ dietary beliefs, especially for the Indian community. Very disappointing service. ⭐ 1/5

  I ordered a Quarter Pounder with one slice of cheese on the app, but the burger came with no cheese at all. When I pointed it out, the employee argued that I selected no cheese. I even showed the receipt, but she still stayed adamant. Eventually she handed me a cold slice of cheese in a box, while the burger itself was already cold, so the cheese didn’t even melt. Very poor service and attitude. What kind of training is McDonald’s giving their staff?
