  The place looks so dirty, and smells bad as well, the portion are completely different every time ( never like the picture) .

  Interesting decision to allow garbage pickup to shut down your drive-thru for 20 min every week right in the middle of the breakfast rush. I may have insisted on one of the other 23hrs in the day, but what do I know.

  Said the drink machines were "broken" when they were just turned off so we couldn't get drink refills. Just corporate procedures to maximize profits.

  I went to this McDonald’s todat ( March 1st) around 5:23 AM and ordered an English muffin breakfast. The girl who took and prepared my order, along with another staff member, gave me a sausage McMuffin instead. I’m Hindu and vegan, and I only realized after one bite that it wasn’t a vegan item, which was very upsetting. I checked both receipts, and while my order was correct on paper, the wrong food was handed to me. When we went back, one male staff member was polite and refunded us, which I appreciated, but this mistake should never have happened in the first place. It caused me distress and shows more care needs to be taken when handling customer orders, especially dietary restrictions.
