I can’t imagine they changed beef Sausage to half beef sausage. A hotdog with two slices of thin sliced sausage simply a horror story. All the people working busy like machine. Pay them more money and give me my whole sausage!!! Beyond terrible

Can’t complain. Order a burger, you get a burger, you eat a yummy burger. Quick and easy place to get a yummy burger. Bev, fries, and peanuts optional. You don’t need to mess with no buns lettuce only burger.

It’s been a long time since I’ve had Five Guys Burgers. I was walking along Robson Street today and decided to stop in since I was craving a burger. When I walked in, it was pretty empty with only one table occupied. I went up to the cashier to order, but unfortunately there was a bit of a language barrier and I had to repeat myself several times. She did have a bit of an attitude, but I could tell she was trying. I ordered a cheeseburger with everything on it (all the way), plus extra raw onions, extra jalapeno peppers, and A1 sauce. Another thing that stood out was that staff were speaking loudly back and forth across the restaurant the whole time in their language, from the cashier area to the back near the peanuts. Which made the environment feel a bit uncomfortable. I don’t mind staff communicating with each other, but the volume and constant shouting was annoying. It was pretty frustrating... When I got home, especially with prices going up. The order didn’t match what I asked for. By the time I got home and opened it, there were no jalapeños, no A1 sauce, and only regular grilled onions instead of the extra raw onions. For what you’re paying, the service and attention to detail just don’t match up. The burger itself was still good and juicy, and the Cajun fries were just as good as I remembered.

Stopped by Five Guys, where burgers come big, bold, and unapologetically indulgent. Each burger arrives with two juicy patties, delivering a rich, hefty bite that leans more toward indulgence than restraint. It’s the kind of premium fast-casual burger where customization is part of the fun. With 15 toppings to choose from, you can build your own masterpiece or do what we did and order it “All The Way” That means mayo, lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, ketchup, and mustard piled into one gloriously messy burger. While waiting for the order, there’s a little Five Guys ritual: unlimited peanuts. Roasted in-house, salted, and served in the shell. Crack a few open while the burgers are on the grill. It’s basically the house appetizer.
