  Not doing very well i was disappointed, just try to you best guys its online order evry thing you missed we can't do anything right. Not going to order again in taco bell

  My friend and I had a great experience at Taco Bell today. It was our first time there, and Diksha was very helpful in guiding us through the menu and helping us decide what to order. The whole team was friendly and quick, and the food was fresh and correct. We would love to visit again!

  Not the Taco Bell Experience I expected. I mean Taco Bell isn’t exactly fine dining but I do expect my order to not have multiple errors, to have basic items a available (Pop) and to have basic things like at least one ice cube in my drink (if they are going to insist on not letting me get my own). Orders shouldn’t take 10 mins to fill when there is no one else in the restaurant waiting for an order. The seating is also extremely limited and given that the tables can’t move it’s almost impossible to sit at one table if someone else is sitting in the seat directly behind you. There are only tables for 4 so if one or 2 people are at a table, you are SOL because they are taking up the other two seats. I love going to Taco Bell. Waited forever to have one in Vancouver but I won’t be coming back to this one It’s pretty obvious the people working here hate their jobs and have zero interest in offering any kind of service to customers

  The food quality is excellent, but the staff's behavior is very poor. There's a lack of basic courtesy, like saying 'thank you' or even smiling. It seems like everyone is unhappy with their job. When I encounter unwelcoming staff, I prefer to order through the tablet, which I did. However, when I went to pick up my food, the box wasn't closed properly. I politely asked the staff member to close it, as my hands were full with bags and I couldn't do it myself. She simply stated that 'that's how it is,' claiming the boxes don't close properly and they don't have tape, without even attempting to close it and she left. There was no 'have a good day' or 'enjoy your food.' I don't understand why individuals with no knowledge of customer service choose to work in such roles. Very disappointing!"

  Check your reciept before leaving, price on signs are not the same as what you pay. I asked why? I was told they have to get someone to come and make xhanges on price board( did not believe it for a sec..), then I noticed that the screen that faces you showing order and price is turned off. Asked for managers name and time and shift manager refused to tell me. This is all very suspicious and turns out prices on items are more expensive on paper receipt. Shady
