The staff member refused, saying they could only add one or two sauces. I’ve been eating at Subway for years, and no one has ever mentioned such a restriction before. When I tried to explain, she responded rudely and didn’t handle the situation professionally. Communication was difficult, and overall, the experience felt frustrating and unwelcoming. Subway usually provides great service, but this visit was far below expectations. I hope the management looks into proper staff training and customer service standards.
