Recently the employee there refused us to come in because he was just wiped the floor, he said wait 10 minutes I told him can you at least take the order and I will wait in my car he said NO. Now I go to a different location.

She demanded I read out the order to her, not look it up herself. She used brown lettuce and rotting tomatoes. When we got to the till I said I had already paid but she said that it didn't go thru and I'd have to pay again. But not the coupon price, full price. I refused. No response from subway. No refund for the original order. No sandwiches. Horrible service.
