- JKJustin KramerDec 28, 20251.0I pre ordered 2 subs on the app. I was charged for my order. When I got to the store, the only employee there was hiding in the back and hadn't started the order. She demanded I read out the order to her, not look it up herself. She used brown lettuce and rotting tomatoes. When we got to the till I said I had already paid but she said that it didn't go thru and I'd have to pay again. But not the coupon price, full price. I refused. No response from subway. No refund for the original order. No sandwiches. Horrible service.
