They were repeatedly told to “wait”. First 10 minutes, then another 20, despite showing clear proof of payment. After 45 minutes, a second employee finally showed up and was rude, and completely unhelpful. They ended up leaving empty-handed. I called the store afterward and got nowhere the employee argued, repeated herself, and was evasive the entire time. When I asked for her name, she hesitated and refused at first, only giving it after being pressured, saying her name was Jess. This Subway is disorganized, unprofessional, and a waste of time. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

But today i was in store and i asked the girl to make my sub combo with rings and she clearly said rings are not an option for combo maybe they didn’t tell you that, if rings are not an option for combo with sub then i guess subway’s application is showing wrong right and i came to this store and the main street store, everyone is wrong except this girl on Granville subway. Does it make any sense, your employees atleast have to know the basics about the combos and everything. This time i was really disappointed. If it reach to the owner i want you to look at your staff please. I went there on 9 dec at nearby 10:30-50. You can see who was that girl over there at that time. She charged me more i don’t know why and how a footlong sub and two drinks for $23. This is really a bad customer service.
