Best quality and quantity for the price of the food in Vancouver. I tip staff every time. My food and service is per my order. I find a lot of the reviews are personal and out of frustration.

I went to have a tuna sandwich the lady has no manners how to talk with customer , she is so frustated with her work n seems full tired and just letting customers to just like buy or leave the store, the management should take action against her she is not fit for the work as server , she is ruining the bussiness telling customer you can leave this kind of behavoir she have god help owner......she is just wasting the food n loosing customers i will not recommend any person to go there n get your money wasted....very very bad attitude......!

Paid $35 for half filled subs and 2 drinks. This is absolutely insane. It's been a long day and wanted something filling, guess I made the wrong choice. The BLT only had 5 slices of bacon on a ft long. WON'T BE BACK AGAIN.

I made an order though the SUBWAY App. My delivery order was marked “delivered” despite never arriving. I immediately searched the area and contacted the store. The person I spoke to (Gurpreet) was dismissive, said they were “too busy,” and hung up on me. I was told Subway was “not responsible” because DoorDash picked it up and that no manager would speak with me. After repeated attempts to reach the driver with no response, I went to the store in person. Two employees, both identifying themselves as Gurpreet (one claiming to be the manager), were openly rude, refused to provide the owner or manager’s name, and stated they would not issue a refund under any circumstances. There was no lineup and no urgency in the store. Subway accepted payment, did not deliver the product, and refused to refund the customer. That is not a third party delivery issue- I did not make the order with them. I made it with subway. I have been a loyal customer my entire life. This location managed to lose me permanently in one visit. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this franchise unless you are prepared to lose your money with no recourse.
