The girl at the front counter was rude and unprofessional the entire time. She was wearing AirPods and talking to someone while taking my order, barely paying attention to what I was saying. She made my sandwich carelessly — it was sloppy and not what I ordered — and then charged me twice for the same order. When I tried to explain the issue, she didn’t apologize or even seem to care. The customer service at this location is completely unacceptable. I’ve never had such a poor experience at any Subway before. Definitely not coming back until they fix their staff and train them properly.
