I wouldn’t have ordered if I had known they were going to do that. I thought I could relax after being on 2 buses, and sit down so instead, I had to grab my sub and run and try and find a bathroom somewhere else and pay for something else somewhere else I didn’t want . This city is stupid for bathrooms. I’m not a druggie and I don’t look like one and I hate these lies. I don’t believe that these bathrooms are always out of service, and my biggest beef was There’s no sign on that door. There was a sign on the other door so having two out of order?… I just don’t believe it and they should have signs. And of course, get the bathrooms fixed! Isn’t there laws about Sit down food establishments, having to have a bathroom for a customers?

Additionally, the chicken on the menu did not match the appearance to mine. Not worth it. I would always order a meatball sub, but this time it was not warm, and I ordered spinach in my sub, but all I got was 2 spinach leaves. Lastly, when I went to pick my food up, the person was not welcoming, with a face expression looking as if he didn’t care. I had to repeat my mobile order name quite a few times before I eventually got my food.
