When I came in the store, they told me that they never got my order, I showed them my screen with order Awaiting and eventually took a screenshot. My card has been charged, but they never got the order. They told me to call the customer service for a refund. I said I was running out of time and I have proof of purchase They can just make the sandwich and they refuse to do so and refuse to give me customer service phone number and said they don’t have it. I wasted almost half an hour in the store to sort it out The payment And it was never resolved

Where I live now, i have 2 subway locations much closer than this one, however, i still make the longer commute to come to this one and it's worth it every single time. I normally eat subway atleast 3-4 times a week and have been to many different locations but the service and quality at this location is unmatched. Definitely the best subway location iv ever been to

They don’t allow customers to use the washrooms at night, making an alibi that someone took off with the key, and that it was out of order (even though there wasn’t any sign)—seriously? Not even an area for handwashing! Hope this branch’s permit to operate gets reviewed and revoked as necessary to learn better that they are in the service industry.
