I ordered food and then was told the washroom didn’t work when in fact two minutes later they let a staff member in to the washroom. Don’t lie to your paying customers. It made the whole experience a less than 1 star.

- LLLanaAug 15, 20251.0A week ago, I went to Subway with my aunt. I’m a vegetarian, and when the employee made my sandwich, she didn’t change her gloves, even though she had just handled meat. She used the same gloves to prepare mine. I ordered a Veggie Patty, but she didn’t even include the protein — which was the main reason I went there. Imagine how frustrating it is: being a vegetarian, hungry, going to a place expecting a safe option, and on top of that being treated poorly and served incorrectly. I understand the employee might have been tired, but that does not excuse the lack of care, professionalism, and responsibility expected in customer service.
