  Shoutout to the best subway staff team. They are all so kind and helpful and the food is always fresh, clean and delicious. I believe their names are Roksana, kumkum, and Helena. They always make sure to greet me and ask me how my day is. Such amazing service!

  Best subway spot in the lower mainland. Food is great and location is convenient. 5 stars because of the ladies that work there! They’re very friendly and they remember you so they make the experience very personal and warm! Thank you Roksana, Helena, Kumkum and others! You make the everyday wholesome!

  Me and my friend were in line together and the lady name starting with K served my friend and accused me of skipping the line. ( we were together) When everyone else in the line said it was my turn (mind you I was infront of my friend) the lady was rude and told that its not my turn. Why such discrimination? Needless to say I was so shocked and lost my appetite and I did not want to buy anything. When she realized it was her mistake she loudly said that she will take my order. I refused. Train your staff better and not to discriminate due to their own bias

  If you’ve ever stopped by this Subway, you’ll know it’s a small, humble spot — but what it lacks in size, it more than makes up for in heart. Every time I come in, I’m greeted with warmth, kindness, and genuine smiles from the amazing team that runs this place. Helena, Roksana, and Kumkum — these three lovely workers go above and beyond every single day. Whether it’s the morning rush or the busiest lunch hour filled with students from Langara, they somehow manage to serve everyone with patience, positivity, and care. I visit this Subway almost every day, not just for the food (which is always fresh and delicious), but for the people. They make what could be an ordinary meal feel like something special — a moment of connection in a busy day. This place doesn’t feel like a big corporate chain; it feels like a cozy, family-run shop where you’re always welcome. I could go anywhere for lunch, but I choose to come here because of the people who make this Subway feel like home. Thank you, Helena, Roksana, and Kumkum — you truly make a difference.
