( we were together) When everyone else in the line said it was my turn (mind you I was infront of my friend) the lady was rude and told that its not my turn. Why such discrimination? Needless to say I was so shocked and lost my appetite and I did not want to buy anything. When she realized it was her mistake she loudly said that she will take my order. I refused. Train your staff better and not to discriminate due to their own bias

Helena, Roksana, and Kumkum — these three lovely workers go above and beyond every single day. Whether it’s the morning rush or the busiest lunch hour filled with students from Langara, they somehow manage to serve everyone with patience, positivity, and care. I visit this Subway almost every day, not just for the food (which is always fresh and delicious), but for the people. They make what could be an ordinary meal feel like something special — a moment of connection in a busy day. This place doesn’t feel like a big corporate chain; it feels like a cozy, family-run shop where you’re always welcome.
