  Me and my friend were in line together and the lady name starting with K served my friend and accused me of skipping the line. ( we were together) When everyone else in the line said it was my turn (mind you I was infront of my friend) the lady was rude and told that its not my turn. Why such discrimination? Needless to say I was so shocked and lost my appetite and I did not want to buy anything. When she realized it was her mistake she loudly said that she will take my order. I refused. Train your staff better and not to discriminate due to their own bias

  If you’ve ever stopped by this Subway, you’ll know it’s a small, humble spot — but what it lacks in size, it more than makes up for in heart. Every time I come in, I’m greeted with warmth, kindness, and genuine smiles from the amazing team that runs this place. Helena, Roksana, and Kumkum — these three lovely workers go above and beyond every single day. Whether it’s the morning rush or the busiest lunch hour filled with students from Langara, they somehow manage to serve everyone with patience, positivity, and care. I visit this Subway almost every day, not just for the food (which is always fresh and delicious), but for the people. They make what could be an ordinary meal feel like something special — a moment of connection in a busy day. This place doesn’t feel like a big corporate chain; it feels like a cozy, family-run shop where you’re always welcome. I could go anywhere for lunch, but I choose to come here because of the people who make this Subway feel like home. Thank you, Helena, Roksana, and Kumkum — you truly make a difference.

  They didn’t have tuna, stating they were short staffed. When it came to veggies, I told to person no tomatoes, onions, and hot peppers. She was too interested in talking to her coworker that I had to stop her every step in the way for the said veggies. When it came to condiments and extras, I only mentioned parmesan, and she added a whole lot of pepper. I told her that I didn’t mention pepper. Instead of starting my sandwich again, she just removed the top layer of stuff, didn’t replace the top layer, and then proceeded to ADD pepper again. I corrected her again, and by this time a huge line was forming behind me. She removed the layer again, and that’s when I told her that the pepper is on the bun as well as all the other ingredients on the sandwich. She started arguing with me that there was no pepper anymore when anyone with common sense would know that once salt or pepper is thrown on it’s impossible to get rid of. Her manager told her to make another sandwich, but at this point my patience was thin. I ended up leaving. When I said I’m leaving, the worker rolled her eyes and said “fine go”. Seriously, subway, hire more competent workers that are there to do their job and not gossip with their coworkers
