  Subway Canada is the Canadian division of the global fast-food franchise, featuring over 3,000 locations across the country that specialize in customizable, made-to-order sandwiches, salads, and wraps. Known for its "Eat Fresh" motto, the chain focuses on fresh-baked bread, vegetables, and, in Canada, locally sourced proteins like chicken and pork. A Subway sandwich is a customizable submarine-style sandwich served on freshly baked, elongated bread (usually 6-inch or footlong). Customers choose from various meats, cheeses, vegetables, and condiments to build their, or select from signature options like the B.M.T.. It is a popular fast-food option known for being assembled made-to-order in front of the customer. The chain was founded in 1965 in Connecticut as "Pete's Super Submarines". Subway is the world's largest single-brand restaurant chain, offering these submarine sandwiches globally. This location is the gold standard and represents Subway as it should be. The Team should be very proud! I’ve had many negative experiences at many other locations. From terrible customer experiences to bad quality and hygiene, I’m always willing to drive further out of my way to come to this Marine/Fraser location. This location is a prime example of what the Gold standard of Hospitality and business model should be at. Always fresh ingredients, no skimming, no cutting corners on quality and building value. The bonus is the staff is always so positive and friendly! I can’t say enough about this location. I’ve picked up many orders from here and it’s always been so consistent. Thank you for keeping the standards! This staff should be training other locations. Just look at the high ratings here, they speak for themselves! If the parking lot is full there’s plenty of residential parking or you can park at Esso and walk over. It’s worth coming here cause once you do, you’re gonna wonder what the heck is going on with the other locations.

  Went there couples of day ago and the girl named prabh warmly welcomed me with smile on face and she’s very good at her job,will definately visit there again just coz the great customer service and neat and clean environment.

  Excellent customer service by Suman at Subway. Very courteous, efficient, and attentive to detail. The store was clean and the order was prepared perfectly. Employees like Suman really make a difference.

  I have been coming to this Subway for lunch and takeout regularly for the past few weeks. Love the options, especially vegetarian sandwiches and bowl. Excellent customer service by Prabh who is always cheerful and listens to my custom order diligently. She changes gloves when switching between tasks and customers each time ensuring no cross-contamination. Keep it up, Prabh!
