  I recently visited a Subway location and had an extremely concerning experience regarding food safety and employee training. As a vegetarian with a severe meat allergy, this situation was not just disappointing, but potentially dangerous. When the employee was preparing my sandwich, I observed her using the same gloves to handle both meat (which I did not order) and then my vegetables. This is a fundamental violation of standard food safety practices, particularly for preventing cross-contamination and catering to dietary restrictions. When I politely pointed out that gloves should be changed between handling different food groups, especially between meat and vegetarian ingredients, the employee's response was shocking and misinformed: She told me she was taught in her training that they are not allowed to change gloves.

  The woman working by herself and her care and respect for the customer is commendable. The restaurant is also clean.

  Good service, clean. I was about to leave a tip but I always ask in these type of restaurant if they get their tips and NO. This is sad my lunch was ready so I paid for it but not wearing work uniform I would have leave, that's unacceptable taking money from your staff, discusting. TIPS don't go to employees I waited before posting this to be sure that person don't get in trouble

  VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!! The staff is very rude. I dont know the name of employee but the date and time of my visit is October 9,2025(10:50am). Please re hire!! I told her italian herb and cheese for the bread and less crispy onions. Very rude service.
