  I really enjoyed my visit to this Subway! The shop was very clean, bright, and had a great atmosphere that made it a nice place to sit and eat. The food was perfectly fresh—the bread was soft and the vegetables were crisp and colorful. What truly made the experience stand out was the staff; the employees were incredibly friendly, patient, and worked quickly to make my sandwich exactly how I liked it. It is rare to find such great service and a welcoming vibe at a quick-service spot, and I will definitely be coming back!

  The restaurant was clean and well kept, though not at a five-star level. The food was okay, but not as good as I expected. Unfortunately, the service was inconsistent. The lady serving us was not very friendly, while she was noticeably warmer with the next customer, which made the experience uncomfortable. Overall, the place has potential, but more consistency in service and food quality would improve the experience.

  Poor customer service and disappointing sandwich quality. The vegetables were not fresh, and only a very small amount was added—far from a proper portion. It felt like ingredients were being rationed. This experience did not meet Subway’s usual standards. Would not recommend this location.

  UNPROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE & POOR HANDLING OF DISCOUNT POLICY I ordered two Teriyaki Crunch subs that come with 2x cheese and applied the ongoing BOGO discount. I simply asked to confirm whether the subs would still include the 2x cheese, since I paid for it. The employee, Pardeep, told me that discounted items only receive one slice of cheese and claimed it was “policy.” When I politely asked him to show me this policy, he changed his wording to “guidelines” and still could not present anything to support his claim. Instead of calmly explaining or involving a manager, he became defensive, argumentative, and raised his tone. I was not looking for a confrontation—just clarity while ordering dinner. His behavior felt aggressive and unnecessarily humiliating, which is a "serious red flag" in customer service. Regardless of store guidelines, the situation could have been handled respectfully and professionally. This employee clearly needs **additional customer service training**, especially in communication and conflict handling. I will not be returning to this location, except possibly once to inform the manager of this incident.
