- AAustin !Jan 25, 20261.0Terrible customer service. I accidentally selected the wrong delivery address and called the store within seconds to fix it. My first two calls were declined. On the third call, someone finally answered and told me the order would be canceled and that I would receive a callback once it was confirmed. I waited over 20 minutes and never got a call back. When I called again, I was told they spoke to the owner and suddenly the excuse was that the order was already made and couldn’t be canceled. Very unprofessional and inconsistent. If your service is really that fast, why ignore calls and then change the story? This felt like nothing but excuses. The staff member said she would call me back but never did and didn’t even try to follow up or keep me informed. No effort to help, no accountability, and very disappointing service. I won’t be ordering from this location again.
