The employee received my order from the online app, and after 20 minutes I arrived to find him sitting down on his phone -- my order clearly sticking out of the printer.
Halfway through making my sandwiches, a drug addict entered and started pestering the employee to use the washroom. The employee grabbed the key (attached to something) and handed it over to the woman; then proceeded to make my sandwich without changing gloves.
Whatever was on that key, obviously tainted by dozens and dozens of visits to the washroom, was now all over the salad he just placed in my sandwich.
I informed the employee that he needs to change his gloves after handling something that disgusting; which he did. Then I asked him to remake the subs, which he did.
The lack of common sense in this moment made me worry about the health standards at this place, and frankly, the subs are sitting in my fridge and I might just feed them to my dog later.

I ordered two veggie patty footlongs through the Subway app and arrived 10–15 minutes later, but the staff hadn’t even started my order. While making the sandwiches, the employee added very little toppings and seemed reluctant when I asked for more. She was unfriendly throughout the interaction and didn’t show any customer care. I also saw her use the same gloves to clean the counter and then wrap my sandwiches, which was very unhygienic. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

This is actually pretty brutal, even for a subway. Scooping meat on the sandwich that is about half full, hardly any meat at all. Asked for “just a couple onions” got a whole handful then he went back for more before I could even stop him. Even at night you should read the reviews, would have stopped me from going here.

Worst subway i ever had. No customer service skills. The bread was soo soggy and veggies are like stale. And very little amount of sauces. Wastage of money. Don’t visit there. Food was very tasteless.
