  I feel awful when I do my shopping there! Security is so bad. They follow you. Front End needs more training. And they need to smile more.

  I had a terrible time shopping here. I couldn't find anyone to help unless they were a cashier. When the cashier tried to help, they were clueless to what item I was looking for. When they directed me to the people in the back, they dismissed me immediately after asking them to check on the computer. Very rude. I wont be back again...

  Save on foods is a decent place to get some groceries though this store is rather overpriced, despite the name. Parking is a bit annoying at this location, as you may need to go around Canadian tire. I will come again here to grab a Brandy clotted cream, which is hard to find. Definitely chieck this one out.

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was not okay. I politely asked this lady for help, and the staff member responded loudly with, “You should know that,” in a very dismissive manner. It felt disrespectful and unprofessional. Customers come to staff for assistance, that’s part of their role. I hope this location improves how customers are treated.

  Shocking customer service at 6pm in evening. Shop quiet, only self checkout available - which i struggle with - and three staff hanging around chatting with no interest in customers. Where is the supervisor to sort out this shambles???
