- MMManaslan3 days ago1.0Will Probably never visit the store again. Last Saturday i came to buy some roses for my daughter’s birthday i waited for around 15 minutes to only checkout. There was an old lady in customer service Mouna she was helping one customer with Lottery, she seems very confused and she didn’t knew what actually she was doing, she was making alot of mistakes instead customer was correcting her, this is a very poor training that you are giving a cashier she dont know how to sell lottery and she was in customer service wasting our time. When it was my turn to checkout she told me to go and do it with another cashier , despite waiting there for so long i felt that very disrespectful and rude. I told her that i waited here for so long so i will checkout here and want my flowers to be wrapped. When she went to wrap my flowers i requested to wrap it properly and quickly as my daughter was waiting outside in my car, she started to behave extremely rude saying that this is the way we do here and quickly she called another young lady to wrap my flower and left without any apology which was very unprofessional. Save on foods being a very reputed retail chain, you should train your staff well if you want to retain customers. very disappointed customer service.

- TMTamara McMinnDec 8, 20252.0First time ever in the store, we went to the deli to get some sliced lunch meat. Stood there for a bit, no acknowledgment. Couple employees to the right, one in the cooler and a couple to the left ( I think they were in the bakery. I moved into their line of vision and still nothing. Finally an employee came over, no smile, no greeting, no how can I help you, nothing. We said hello ( no reaction ). We told her what we wanted( again no reaction )she grabbed the product, sliced it, labelled it, handed it back to us( we said thank you ), then she walked away. Not one word from this employee, just the look of annoyance on her face the entire time. I get we all have bad days ( I work in the industry as well) but that kind is service is not what I would want my employees giving. But on a good note the cashier ( till1 ) was fabulous. I think her name was Anne ( she had a Russian accent).She has great customer service with the customers before us as well.
