    This message is to thank Henry and his team at Save On Foods for their generous and respectful help for me yesterday. I thought I had lost my purse -- containing all of my crucial ID, phone and other pieces! Everyone was so kind and gentle with me. I resolved my problem and cannot thank them enough. Thank you!

    Me and my partner went t save on foods at Kingates mall in east Broadway yesterday February 18,2026 at around 5:30 to 5:45 . We refill the water the cashier Wayne at the express counter check out .When I told him about he didn't asked for my save on foods rewards card ,He told me he asked only if the items are on sale and I told him you have to ask sometimes customers forgot and he told me if you don't want go to the other cashier I was shocked and feel disrespect from his attitude and I told him it is your job to ask for and keep talking and mad and I told him I will say this one to Jason the Store Manager and he said in front of all the customers that he doesn't care.So it means even to rhe Store Manager he doesn't respect too.You can hear from the camera and his face how his attitudes towards the customer. Don't ever go to the cashier name Wayne the old bald white guy he is rude no manners towards customers. I've noticed some of the employees who worked before at Buy lows Foods need proper training and respect towards customers.And he keeps yelling to me and showing a bad attitude and very disrespectful. And telling to me go talk to Jason I don't care . So I called the customer service and file a complained againt's this cashier Wayne at the express counter on that day.February 18,2026 at 5:30 to 5:45 pm.I hope this kind of cashier will be train properly to have a proper good manners and right conduct to all customers and even to his co -workers. Bad customer service /Bad attitudes / bad mouthing and confronting and arguing to the customers that He really doesn't care whatever attitude he will show to the customers. I'm asking the Area Manager to do some strict compliance to this Cashier Wayne. RUDE / BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE / NO RESPECT TO THE CUSTOMERS / AND I EVEN NOT MAD I'M JUST TELLING HIM ASKED FOR THE CUSTOMER FOR THEIR SAVE ON CARDS REWARDS BECAUSE SOMETIMES THE CUSTOMERS FORGOT AND HE TOLD GO TO OTHER CASHIER AND DON'T COME WITH ME. iF HE IS NOT HAPPY TO SERVE THE CUSTOMERS DON'T WORK .WE NEED RESPECT AND COURTEOUS SERVICE AND NOT BE RUDE TO US THANK YOU JOEY

    Used to go here all the time because it’s so convenient, but some staff are so unwelcoming, I’ll take my money elsewhere. Sadly, this is not location specific. Save on foods has been treating me poorly since I was a kid. I left my bank card at a store one time and though it was my name on the card, the woman wouldn’t give it back unless I knew every digit. Luckily, we used to know these things, but was she ever disappointed when I got my card number right! At the north shore location, I had a bag from another store in the complex, and though I wasn’t buying anything, just with my aunt, they insisted on searching my bag. My aunt wanted to make a scene, but I feel sorry for the workers at these stores, would be unfair to take it out on minimum wage workers. Anyways! No matter where you go, expect to be treated poorly!! The disrespect will stand against the tests of time.
