Serious customer service training desperately needed in this store. When they first opened, the store was really good. Now it is filthy and incredibly appalling. Never enough cashiers here that you have to wait in long lines. . Most things - compared to No Frills or Superstore - are over priced. Produce is probably the most expensive in the city but poor in quality. The store should be renamed " Over Spend On, not Save on. Due to their high prices, they purportedly offer " price match" but you would be a fool to believe them as they find every reason to deny you. Most staff are unfriendly; some outright disrespectful. Enough said, I think. I am not surprised that they get so many bad reviews. I read the bad reviews and they are all true. This place is abysmal.
