I asked staff at self checkout if they could discount it due to the damage. The staff member rudely told me she wouldn't and id have to exchange it. Giving two stars because the store is clean and has a good selection of things but the staff at this location vary from indifferent to rude. A real shame because they have a great store and great location. UPDATE: Spoke with the CS team and later one of management team (Danielle) and I feel like the issue was promptly and adequately addressed.
