The man working the desk was really nice, and our food came out really fast even with them being moderately busy. Only downside is that it wasn't spicy, and we ordered a high spice level. That being said, maybe it's a regional thing, so maybe if you want spicy really emphasize that to the employees and I'm sure they can make it happen
