  Shop here multiple times a week since the opening. The staff is helpful, but this location is constantly short staffed and the prices are never consistent on Thursdays or even Fridays, so always check your receipts. Any peak time in the afternoon you’ll find a long line at the checkout. The selection isn’t as nearly complete as other Asian supermarkets or even other locations of PriceSmart itself. There is no fresh seafood department or any Chinese deli, and I can’t even find the flyer feature shrimp.

  Lady named Yasi that works here is one of the most helpful and kindest people I have ever met. This place is VERY lucky to have her!

  Take transit or walk. This corner is the most obscure for vehicle traffic with zero street parking except for underground; which, by the way, is $3.80 per hour via the Indigo parking app. Free parking if you spend $10. Except I couldn't spend $10 because they didn't even have fresh Vietnamese pho rice noodles, only dried. So glad I stopped by what I assumed was a convenient, asian-centric market but wasted my time and money. It was devoid of customers at 2PM on a Tuesday too. Instead I stopped off at Sungiven on Broadway which not only had the fresh rice noodles I wanted, but has free parking without apps or reimbursements. Also, $15 for cold, deep-fried lemon chicken from the deli?

  I wanted to bring a couple of concerning issues to your attention regarding my recent visits to your store: I’ve noticed that your cashier, Jasmeen, seems distracted while on customer service. I have seen her using her phone multiple times while working, which impacts the service experience. Shoplifting in the store has become increasingly noticeable. I’ve witnessed customers filling baskets and carts and leaving through the back without paying. It appears there is no security presence in that area, which is troubling for paying customers. When I’ve mentioned this to cashiers, I was told that “there is nothing they can do” due to store policy. This creates the impression that theft is not being actively addressed, which doesn’t seem fair to paying customers. I hope you can look into these issues to ensure both staff performance and customer experience are maintained at a high standard. Thank you for your attention to this matte

  There is a parking lot available for the building. This PriceSmart has a nice view of the street below. They carry many Asian foods, cooked foods, baked goods, etc. they also carry some clearance items such as bread. The store is bright and tidy.
