Mistakes happen, so I politely said, “Oh, I asked for it to go, can I have it to go?” Instead of a simple “Sure” or any apology, the staff (possibly the manager cuz she is there almost everyday) gave me a visibly annoyed look — like I was being a bother. It was very uncomfortable and disappointing. I understand people have bad days, but showing attitude to a customer when it was their mistake is not okay. I really hope management takes this feedback seriously, because this kind of customer service leaves a bad impression.
