  I don’t usually write reviews, but as a regular customer at this location, I felt this experience was worth sharing. I often order the nachos fries here, and it’s consistently been great. However, during my most recent visit, the spice level was unusually high. I suspect too much spicy salsa may have been added by mistake. As soon as I noticed, I went back to let them know. While they did start preparing a replacement, my interaction with one of the staff members was disappointing. A shorter gentleman with a beard repeatedly told me that I should have asked for light salsa if I couldn’t handle the spice. I explained that I always order the regular version and have never had this issue before, but he continued repeating the same point. This made the situation unnecessarily uncomfortable and embarrassing. I eventually asked for a refund, which he provided, but his tone and attitude came across as quite disrespectful. I even asked him for his name and questioned me why am I asking his name. On the other hand, the staff member who prepared my food was polite and handled things professionally—this was clearly not her fault, and I appreciate her effort. I’ve also noticed this same employee being rude and overly harsh with other staff in the past, which is unfortunate to see. I hope management addresses this, as it impacts both customers and the team.

  Husan and harvallabh are so nice. They greeted us with smile and also guided us nicely. Really love their service and food also. Thank you so much guys for such a good customer service.

  I’ve been getting poutines from New York Fries for years and have always enjoyed them, which is why this experience was disappointing. I recently placed an order through DoorDash. While the two-hour wait for a driver wasn’t the store’s fault, when my order was finally picked up, my driver was given the wrong order. It seems they matched the order by name only instead of cross-referencing the order number — unfortunately, we were both named Emily. A quick double-check of the order number could have prevented the mix-up. I had ordered a cheese dog and was really looking forward to it, but by the time everything was sorted out, the food was just okay. Not terrible, just underwhelming compared to what I’ve come to expect. I hope they tighten up their order verification process for delivery pickups to avoid this happening to someone else.

  名物とのことで娘の友人に連れられ入店。オリジナルとスパイシーチキンソースでいただきましたが個人的にはオリジナルが好みです。何よりボリュームが多いので複数人でシェアがよいかもです。夕刻でしたが混雑なく過ごせるフードコートでした。
