  we shop here all the time. it is our neighborhood grocery store. I have complaints from time to time. for instance, they often only have one person working cash when there is a huge lineup. but they really pissed me off recently. I showed up there at 8:54 pm to buy something i needed urgently, and the on duty manager told me that they actually close at 8:50. To which i replied by showing him the website where it says they close at 9. He actually would not let me come in and shop even though i was there within their posted hours. I think he just wanted to go home. Really shitty way to treat a loyal customer. again, i usually like the place, but i am sure thinking about them differently now.

  They have a good selection but prices are high. I have walked out leaving my groceries behind several times over the years because of long line ups and only 1 cashier. I stopped shopping there and recently gave them another chance. Having 1 cashier working on the 23 of Dec with 7 people in line does not seem reasonable not does it make sense to me. I walked out without my groceries.

  Was looking at some ham at the deli counter when an employee came up to me and said, “just came to say ni hao.” It was really uncomfortable and offensive. You don’t say that to someone just because they look Asian. I’m not even Chinese. He might have just been trying to be friendly, but comments like that can easily come across as ignorant and disrespectful.

  This grocery store tries to be high end but there is always fruit flies all over donuts and bakery section so gross one star
