  Had the best sub ever at this location Wednesday evening. The young man from Bangladesh was the perfect example of what Canada needs in a new hard working immigrant, he's not only working here and at McDonald's but in school for his MBA. The quality and freshness was perfect and the store was clean. Hats off to this location for hiring this man.

  Why I love Mr. Sub more: 1) SIZE: The sandwiches are still HUGE not getting smaller every year. They make them with care too. They are the real sandwich artists! 2) INGREDIENTS: Fresh veggies, better veggie choice, huge sauce selection, fresh-baked bread multiple times a day, ALWAYS fresh! 3) QUALITY EVERYTHING: They are in a different league, top category for quality, way better buns, meats, toppings, and sauces. Feels healthier, no heartburn etc. 4) PRICE: Downloaded the app, got a deal immediately, loyalty promos etc. But even without discounts & free subs, they are still priced low, and so as the bigger & high quality option, overall they are a way better deal! 5) ENVIRONMENT: Friendly staff who take pride in doing a great job. Wifi and clean, chill seating area to work or relax. Clean bathrooms. Warm lighting & styling. Very comfortable. * And no annoying repeat music playlists of top40 from 20 years ago. I want to leave Sun41's ex and TickleSack where they belong, just not sure where that is... *** ONE DRAWBACK: Parking lot is a little tight for a big truck but can be done, spots usually available but that complex gets busyyy so get there early during lunch and supper rushes, or there are always available spots on the street up the hill on Renfrew coming south or just past the bus stop on Broadway heading west, just a heads up.*** Not paid, no self-interest, just want to see my favorite sandwich restaurant get the credit they deserve! Thanks MR. SUB - keep up the great work!!! :)

  This place is a gem. The staff are kind, the subs are awesome. It's never busy, they deserve more business. Me and my kids are Thursday night regulars.
