  Nathan was patient with my complicated order and didn't make any mistakes, he is knowledgeable about the menu and modifications, also the staff behind him were laughing and having a good time, no line up during peak time, just a fantastic experience trying the McVeggie no sauce to make it Vegan!

  I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s every single day for the last 4 years, so at this point I’ve seen it all. Special shoutout to Nainam, who has been absolutely exceptional. Consistently great customer service, always professional, friendly, and makes regulars feel genuinely welcome. That kind of consistency is rare. Eva always hands over the food with a warm smile at the window, small things like that really make a difference, especially for someone who’s there daily. Zara, I’ve seen her change over the months, from being a bit rude early on to now being genuinely sweet and pleasant. Also huge appreciation for Simranjit, Kathy, Sana, and many other great employees who work hard behind the scenes. I’ve known almost all the staff for years now, and it honestly feels like a familiar, friendly place rather than just a fast-food stop. The only issue I’ve ever had: please keep the COFFEE more consistent(please stir) it’s often different every time. Other than that, no complaints at all.

  They always put eggshells in my Egg McMuffin. Once, I ordered a smoothie through the drive-thru at this location, and the texture was completely different from usual. It was watery and tasted bad. I parked my car right away and politely asked for the smoothie to be remade. However, the female staff member insisted that they do not make smoothies that way and stated, in front of others, that I must have purchased it from another location. This made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. After I showed my receipt, they agreed to remake it, but no apology was offered. This location frequently makes mistakes and does not take responsibility for them.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Eva has been absolutely amazing over the past year. We visit this McDonald’s very often, and she consistently provides outstanding customer service every single time. She’s friendly, attentive, and always makes sure everything is right with a genuine smile. Nainam also deserves special mention for being equally helpful and professional. Both Eva and Nainam go above and beyond to ensure a great customer experience, and their positive attitudes truly make this location stand out. They are real assets to the team, thank you for always making our visits pleasant!
