I recently had a very alarming and disappointing experience with a breakfast order from McDonald’s. When opening the strawberry jam packet provided with my meal, I discovered visible mold inside the sealed container. This was both alarming and unacceptable, particularly from a brand that promotes strict quality control and food safety standards.
Food safety is a basic expectation at any restaurant, especially one of this scale and reputation. Finding mold in a packaged condiment raises serious concerns about product storage, inventory rotation, and overall quality assurance procedures. Beyond the obvious health risks, the experience significantly undermined my trust in the brand.
What made the situation even more concerning was the response I received. When I asked to speak with the store manager, I was informed that they were not in. I then spoke with the supervisor on duty, who did not seem concerned and failed to ask for any additional information about the issue. There was no sense of urgency, apology, or effort to properly address what is clearly a serious food safety matter.
After reading other reviews, I noticed that other customers have also reported finding mold in condiments and food items. While some may view this as a minor issue since it involves a packaged item rather than freshly prepared food, it inevitably raises broader concerns about overall food safety standards and quality control practices. If something as simple as a sealed condiment packet can be compromised, it makes you question what other lapses might be occurring behind the scenes.
I hope this issue is taken seriously and investigated thoroughly to ensure higher quality control standards and better customer service training moving forward. Customers should feel confident not only that the food they are served is fresh and safe to consume, but also that legitimate concerns will be handled professionally and responsibly.

I usually like McDonald's even if it is just a fast food joint but this isn't it. Do not order that limited edition extra cheesy melt burger. It costs more than a big mac but is basically the size of their cheese burger. Super loud but it is a McDonald's 🤷. It took long and I still couldn't believe they charge a bag fee.

I recently visited this McDonald’s location and was disappointed with the customer service. I asked for extra sauce and was ready to pay for it, but the way the staff spoke to me was not polite or respectful. I understand there are policies, but customer service should always be professional and courteous. I hope management can work on improving staff behavior. And they also using the mobile phone as well. Not listening to the customers.
