  My devotion to McDonald's runs deeper than family ties. Ever since childhood, it has been my sacred, nightly dinner ritual. I’ve ventured out to sample fine dining establishments like Le Crocodile by Rob Feenie, but frankly, they don't even come close to the sheer perfection of the Golden Arches. To top it all off, this culinary masterpiece comes at a mere fraction of the cost.

  Despite a large number of people waiting, the service ran smoothly and efficiently. Staff managed the crowd well, and the wait time was reasonable considering how busy it was.

  Terrible. Big Mac took 15 minutes, dirty atmosphere and ketchup was out. This place was a disgrace to the McDonalds brand.

  Disappointing customer service. Manager with the head scarf had the worst attitude ever. Clearly didn’t even want to take my order. Not surprised she’s been stuck at McDonald’s for her whole life.

  This is the second time I’ve ordered from the UBC McDonald’s and one item from my order was missing. When I called the store to follow up, they said because the order was placed through Uber Eats, it was not their responsibility and that I should either come pick it up myself or contact Uber Eats. What I don’t understand is why this has happened twice in a row, and why there seems to be no proper way to follow up or take responsibility. When I have guests and part of my order is missing, it can genuinely ruin the evening. I am really disappointed with how this was handled and I am honestly expecting a reasonable and responsible explanation.
