  Well, overall the food quality is low my order number is 157 front counter I ordered spicy crispy and spicy veggie both are cold but the crispy was hell cold

  we ordered food through mobile order in morning around 3 o clock and after that we wait for one hour outside this mcd in -2 degree after during wait one staff member come to 4 times for confirm order and again i wait for 20 minutes after that I didn't take my order just because of that staff. i request you please hire some experienced staff who have manners to communicate because after i argued for my order one of them told that I don't care...... Overall my experience was very bad with staff

  Faded for like 15 minutes at the counter. People were just busy inside preparing the order and talking internally they did not care, who was outside at the counter because everybody was doing a self order their self order system was slow and I did not see the option to order from there so standing in the line but nobody cared to show up at the kiosk.

  Slowest Mcdonald’s I’ve ever been to. They remove your number from the “now serving screen” so their system thinks they’re getting orders out fast meanwhile it takes 15+ minutes to get a simple burger and fries. You can hear the staff hiding in the back talking amongst themselves. go anywhere else

  The worker cleaning the dining room/hanging out with her friends around 13:30 to 14:30 COMPLETELY GROSSED ME OUT when she HAWKED UP A LUGIE from mid lung and spat it into the garbage from 3 feet away. The non-reaction when I told the staff at the the front counter on our way out was odd. I got a nod, but no apologies, or even an "I understand". Unhygienic and DISGUSTING! This was on January 30/26
