  This location should be shut down by McDonald’s Canada. There are a number of issues. If you have food allergies, they rarely follow your “ask me” instructions. In many cases they will add the wrong components even sauces or forget, contrary to your instructions. This can be life-threatening in some cases, and they do not care. The last person I spoke with there, some floor manager, has turned saying “How can I not help you?” into an art form. She was an obnoxious person clearly having a bad day which might be everyday then why are you working there?. All I asked for was a refund for the products, and she literally said, “Go complain to head office,” which I did after the visit. Let me say again, This location needs to be shut down. They are getting business only because the location on Broadway and Boundary is closed for renovation, so they are getting the overflow. The food is not free, even though they seem to think so. Go anywhere but here. I should add that a lot of their patties are freezer-burned. It seems to be a freezer issue, but again, they don’t care. You can see in the photo that the dark spot in the middle is a freezer-burned fillet when you ask them they will replace it with another freezer burned one and you go home shaking your head, if you ask them make it fresh they extra burn your fresh one so its a rock. Avoid this place at all costs!

  Really very bad location and all the other locations regular mayonnaise is free for example Waterfront and very friendly staff. This location I asked mayo she said you have to pay and I asked price she asked if you want gusto onto the counter, she never said the price. I will never come to this location again.

  I had a really disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and despite the drive-thru being open, they were forcing cars to come inside to pick up their orders. What’s the point of having a drive-thru if customers are not allowed to use it? It was inconvenient, wasted my time, and the attitude of the employees made it even worse. Definitely not coming back to this branch unless they fix their customer service and actually respect the drive-thru service they advertise.

  Today on 30 oct i visit to mc donalds Review Title: Extremely Disappointed – Serious Mistake in My Order I am deeply disappointed with my experience at McDonald’s today. I ordered a veggie burger, clearly stated that I do not eat meat, and yet I was served a burger that contained meat. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have never eaten meat in my life for personal and ethical reasons, and this mistake shows complete carelessness and disrespect toward customers’ dietary preferences and beliefs. Food safety and proper order handling are basic expectations, and McDonald’s failed badly today. I hope the management takes this incident seriously, trains their staff better, and ensures that such errors never happen again.
