  Ordered McHappy meal with Green Gri nch toy. I received a different toy. I complained. They did not have the toy I identified. Therefore settled for Adopt Me instead. Received crispy chicken rather than Grilled chicken wrap. Fries were warm rather than hot. I had to catch a bus. I wolfed down what I could and the rest was to go really fast as the bus was coming. Disappointed with the service. Staff and especially Management should be aware of their products.

  Very disappointed with this location...On Friday17, around 5:00 pm i wanted to order a fresh cup of décaféiné coffee..The Supervisor denied my request by telling me they don't have an empty pot to make a new one ......what a great customer service...Ridiculous ....

  Iam very disappointed with this McDonald's location. Every time Icome here to pick up an Uber Eats or DoorDash order, the staff treats delivery drivers with disrespect. They are rude, unhelpful, and do not value our time. This behavior is unprofessional and needs serious improvement.

  Visited this location Aug 24, placed a mobile order for a $1 cone. Immediately noticed my mobile order somehow had 4 Double Quarter Pounder meals added and was over $74! I immediately notified the staff and they did not make the food. Talked to the supervisor Mike G and was told they could not cancel the order in the system or refund me.. huh? He said the only way to get a refund was to contact support in the app. I left with my $1 cone... Terrible customer service! I reached out to support.. and the reply ... "Thank you for reaching out regarding your recent experience with your McDonald’s app order. We sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration caused by the extra items being added to your order and the difficulty you encountered at the store. Please be advised that, as we do not have the capability to process refunds directly for app orders in-store, we can offer points in lieu of a refund. Your order would qualify for a maximum of 71,000 points; however, since we are only permitted to transfer a maximum of 50,000 points at a time, we will need to request approval from our support team to transfer the full 71,000 points. Kindly let us know if you are amenable to receiving the points so we can proceed with the approval request. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Best Regards, Maria Estela Ref# 01130869" What? I want a refund.. but they offered points that with what I usually buy would get me around $42 in food. A RIP OFF! I reached out and asked for enough points to cover the extra amount - they refused... "Please be advised that the maximum points we are able to offer for this situation is 71,000 points. Unfortunately, if you are not amenable to receiving points, we recommend contacting your bank or credit card provider to request a complementary refund for the transaction." I have reached out to my bank.. they are confused as to why the company cannot offer a refund but are looking into it. Right now as it stands, I have paid $74.93 for a $1 cone!
